Keith Sullivan is a counseling intern currently completing his M.A. degree in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling. With over two decades of experience serving individuals and families in cross-cultural and crisis settings, Keith brings a calm, attentive presence and a deep commitment to helping people move toward healing and growth.

Before beginning his formal counseling training, Keith spent over twenty years living and working internationally where he supported individuals facing addiction, trauma, and displacement. His work with substance abuse rehabilitation and refugee resettlement shaped his passion for walking alongside people through life’s most difficult seasons.

 Keith believes that effective counseling begins with truly listening and connecting. His background in communication and leadership development has equipped him to connect meaningfully across cultures and experiences. Whether partnering in therapy with children, teens, adults, or families, Keith creates a safe space for clients to explore, heal, and grow at their own pace. 

In his free time, you can find Keith on the pickleball court or spending time with his wife and two children. He is honored to be part of the team at and looks forward to serving clients with wisdom, care, and compassion.
