Keith Sullivan is a counseling intern currently completing his M.A. degree in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling. With over two decades of experience serving individuals and families in cross-cultural and crisis settings, Keith brings a calm, attentive presence and a deep commitment to helping people move toward healing and growth.

Before beginning his formal counseling training, Keith spent over twenty years living and working internationally, supporting individuals facing addiction, trauma, grief, and displacement. His work with substance abuse rehabilitation and refugee resettlement shaped his passion for walking alongside people through life’s most difficult seasons.

Keith believes that effective counseling begins with truly listening and connecting. His background in communication, leadership development, and cross-cultural ministry equips him to connect meaningfully across cultures and experiences. Whether working with children, teens, adults, or families, Keith creates a safe, supportive space for clients to explore, heal, and grow at their own pace.
