I understand that life brings many challenges, but I believe no one should have to walk through them alone. In my experience, true growth and transformation often take root in life’s most difficult moments. That belief shapes how I approach counseling.
I value the opportunity to be fully present with my clients, offering empathy, care, and support. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I meet each person where they are, honoring their unique story, needs, and strengths, and I work collaboratively to shape goals that are meaningful to them.
It’s important to me that clients leave each session feeling heard, supported, and cared for. When it aligns with your values and preferences, I welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into the counseling process.
I am currently enrolled at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, pursuing my Master’s in Christian Marital, Family, and Individual Counseling. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University.
