Telehealth video conferencing
We offer in person or telehealth video conferencing options.
How to use the telehealth option
In most cases, we will send you videoconferencing link prior to your appointment. Your link will be sent to you via text and email.
Click on the link and it will take you to our telehealth platform.
Then click on "Knock" to enter your provider's virtual Waiting Room. Your provider will then invite you into your appointment when he or she is ready for you
The telephone option
If you're not able to connect using our video platform, we can call you by phone and conduct your session by telephone instead.
