Maura Carter Bass is a certified Physician Assistant with experience in primary care, urgent care, and psychiatry.  She has joined our staff, bringing a passion for holistic person-centered care. 

Maura grew up in North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State Univeristy for her undergraduate studies. She obtained her PA degree at Campbell University.

Maura acknowledges the importance of mental wellness to enable a person to participate in and enjoy all areas of life. She strives to create an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable to share their experiences in a safe nurturing environment.

Maura is an active listener who collaborates with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

She integrates evidence-based psychiatric care with empathy and understanding, supporting a patient's journey toward healing and wholeness.
